I’m super excited to announce the new InBloom Help Center at inbloom.desk.com. It combines a user community with a knowledge base and easy to submit questions, but most importantly, it empowers the InBloom users! It features integrated authentication with your Facebook/Twitter/Google profiles (so you don’t have to create a new username and password to use it), tracks all of your requests, and is integrated with the new Facebook page for InBloom. I can’t wait to see what you think and how you use it!
