InBloom Main Menu

This is the main InBloom screen that can be easily customized to be branded with your company logo. It's your starting point and from here, the majority of most InBloom functions can be accomplished in just a few clicks.

#1Gets you started with entering merchandise. #2Lets your browse all of the people you do business with - customers and/or consignors. #3Write up new sales, browse existing ones, add payments to a layaway, and more. #4Puts InBloom in a search mode and lets you look for any criteria in your Inventory. #5Gives you a bird's eye view of the ins and outs of your business for any given time period. By default, it displays the current day. #6Lets you browse additional functions, such as managing user names and passwords, writing checks, changing settings, creating backups, performing reports, and more. #7You can brand InBloom with your large-size and full-color logo. #8You can easily relogin, without losing your current view or position while editing or browsing records, from the top of this window or from the File menu.

InBloom Consignment Entry View

You can view your inventory multiple ways, this is the most basic view called the Consign View which lets you browse, edit and search your inventory records all in one screen.

#1The tab denotes that we are in the Consignment Entry view. #2The QuickSearch field is a simple and smart way to search for any inventory record within InBloom. #3You usually browse items in a list and you can also custom color-code items. So items that, for example, have been returned or donated can be noted by a specific color, and thus they are easily discernible. #4Who consigned the currently selected item. Because you can look at multiple items, from multiple accounts, at the same time - this is denoted at the bottom of this view, along with additional info for the particular inventory item.

InBloom List View

This is a secondary view which lets you browse more specific and financial-related information about inventory, sales, and more.

#1The tab at the top denotes that we are in the List View. #2If any additional notes have been made for a particular item, a comment bubble appears on the line of the item. #3The customizable color-coding is seen in every screen where inventory records are displayed. This is another great way to discern various pieces of inventory in long lists. #4Notes made for a particular consignor also display at the bottom of the screen. #5Notes made for a particular item, appear on the bottom right of the window.

InBloom Item Details View

This is an item specific view which lets you browse more details about inventory.

#1The General subtab lets you browse additional information for this particular item. #2You can keep detailed notes on a particular item. Any changes are logged and noted with a comment bubble on the List View (see #2 on the previous screenshot).

This is an item specific view which lets you browse more details about inventory, sales, and more.

#1Still in the Item Details View, we can view different information without leaving our current place. #2Add images and/or files that you need to keep track of and associated with any item in your inventory. #3Preview any linked image and customize the description of the image.
